To set up text message alerts (also known as SMS) from our company, go to My Profile and select “SMS Preferences” from your completion meter.
A new page will open that displays the phone number provided when creating your account. If this number is incorrect, hit “Change” and update the number. If the number is correct, click the “Send Confirmation Code” button. This will automatically send a text to your phone with a 6-digit code.
Once you have received this code, navigate back to the website and click “Enter Confirmation Code.” A new window will open. Type the 6-digit code into the box and select the types of notifications you would like to receive. Click “Set SMS Notification Preferences” to complete the set-up.
